We conduct research to solve current issues that affect our ability to achieve healthy sleep. Renowned sleep experts and members of the Sleep to Live Institute’s Sleep and Wellness Boards, Andrew Krystal, M.D., and Jack Edinger, M.D., of Duke University’s Sleep Disorders Center, completed a study with RTI international that reveals that sleep surfaces do matter.
